How the Process Works

Every custom project starts with a conversation. I'll review your ideas, discuss available options, and prepare a custom quote based on your project's scope and requirements.

Once your quote is approved, a 50% production deposit is required to reserve your place in my production schedule. Production begins after your deposit has been received.

Projects requiring extensive design development, original artwork, highly detailed customization, or multiple design revisions may require a separate design retainer before design work begins. If applicable, this will always be discussed with you before any work or charges are incurred.

Because every project is handcrafted to order, production timelines vary based on the scope and complexity of the work. Smaller projects may be completed within a few business days, while larger custom commissions typically require 3–6 weeks. Your custom quote will include an estimated completion timeline specific to your project.
