Complete the form below with as much information as possible. Reference photos, dimensions, and inspiration help us understand your vision and prepare an accurate quote.
Review & Quote
We'll carefully review your request and contact you if we have any questions or recommendations. Most custom quotes are usually prepared within 24–48 hours.
For straightforward projects, your quote may include a digital proof to help visualize the finished piece. For larger or more complex custom commissions requiring extensive design work, we'll discuss the next steps during the payment and design phase before moving forward.
Payment & Design
Custom orders under $100 require payment in full before design and production begin. Orders of $100 or more require a 50% non-refundable production deposit, with the remaining balance due before pickup or shipment.
Once payment has been received, we'll begin your project. If a digital proof wasn't provided during the quote process, we'll prepare one (when applicable) for your review and approval before production begins.
When a digital proof is provided, up to two rounds of revisions are included to help ensure the design matches your vision. Additional revisions or significant design changes after the proof has been created may require an additional design fee, which will always be discussed and approved before any additional work begins.
Projects requiring extensive artwork, logo recreation, original design work, or multiple design concepts may also require a separate design retainer. If applicable, this will always be discussed with you before work begins.
Approval & Production
When a digital proof is included, you'll have the opportunity to carefully review and approve the design before production begins. Please take this time to verify spelling, layout, sizing, and all project details.
Once you've approved the proof, we'll begin crafting your project. Because every piece is custom made to order, changes cannot be guaranteed after production has started and may require additional charges or a new project if significant modifications are requested.
Every piece is handcrafted with care and individually inspected before it's ready for pickup or shipment.
Production Timeline
Production schedules vary based on our current workload, material availability, and the complexity of your project. Your quote will include an estimated production start date so you'll know when your project is expected to enter our workshop.
Once production begins, most projects are completed within a few business days. Larger or more complex commissions may require 3–6 weeks from the start of production. If additional time is needed, we'll keep you informed throughout the process.
